The rumours are true, we are opening a new fine dining modern Japanese fusion restaurant on Liverpool's Main Street in the Summer of 2023 but we need your support.
We are crowd funding by selling memberships as the construction costs and delays have put some of the costs out of our reach. We have found a fantastic chef, Alvaro Noda, with experience in Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, a talented Sommelier, Alexandra Beaulieu and Aimee Corbett, our wonderful baker at Main & Mersey Coffee Bar, will be the Pastry Chef. We believe this restaurant is good for the community not only does it provide a place for great food, drinks and gathering but it will bring more people to our beautiful community and that benefits all the businesses in the region. We will source our meat, fish and produce locally which benefits local farmers and fishermen. When you join "The Menu" it benefits not only our business but the whole community. Construction in the new space is well underway, joining us as Member has exciting benefits like invitations to events, Main & Mersey merchandise and vouchers to be used in the restaurant and bar.
